| Hot off the press is the achievement by Caswell & Company Limited last month of the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. This update of the original Quality standard gives, amongst other things, a strict focus on customer service, something in which the company has always prided itself. Kelvin Cooper, Quality Manager and his team worked incredibly hard to achieve this in the timescales set by the company's management team and Kelvin is rightly proud of his achievement as is the entire workforce who supported him.
